What 'Sony' promises...

In David Kline's "The Voice of The Customer" a little ways through the reading Kline begins to talk more into depth about employee blogging and what it’s become. Mainly on pg. 114 saying "employee blogging has exploded into an exciting new means of fostering communication among firms and their customers, suppliers, and partners." On to the next page it goes on by saying "employee blogging will still remain a veritable minefield for firms and a potential gold mine for litigators." After reading these two quotes I looked around my room and what first caught my eye was my Sony camera, so I typed 'Sony blog' into google, and one of the first things that came up was a blog for song digital cameras. When reading through this blog Sony promises you the "superior picture quality". Many small pictures come up on the top of the blog and in each one there is something different going on, one picture theres a little boy playing soccer, another is someone singing, another is someone running, etc. The quality of these images is nothing short of perfect and they all tell a different story. People are laughing having fun, but apart from the image quality being perfect, the people in them come along with white teeth, flawless skin, bright colors and so on. Going by the looks of the pictures and all thats been said, this brand promises you top quality image.
